The G1 Giya

This is the G1 Giya. The latest loudspeaker from the Vivid group named after a traditional Zulu dance. It was launched in many countries in 2008 including South Africa and I was given the opportunity to attend this amazing showcaseheld at the SABC. Designer Laurence Dickie calls it his 'new born' and has gone through many designs and hours before finally choosing this one. This speakers deliver crisp, clear and pumping audio pleasure, TRUST ME. If you don't compromise on sound, style and have no problem with your pockets being R350 000 lighter, then this is the perfect loudspeaker for a flawless listening experience.

Nkoto Anne Malebye

The latest addition to the Kwani Experience family. Performer, vocalist and dancer Nkoto Malebye has toured Europe with the band in the past year(2008) and has left audiences, as well as the band, screaming for more of her amazing voice and captivating performances. She is now blessing the new album with her vocal skills and fearless expression. A long awaited musical diva. Ayeye!!! Watch this space!

Bafana Nhlapo

Kwani is working on a new single called 'Tsa tsa ra tsa' thats going to be in the our new album featuring Bafana Nhlapo (Amazing vocalist) as the lead vocalist. Its a funky house track thats been driving audiences wild in Europe. Keep your eyes and ears glued to this blog for this head banging joint that wiil be ready by the end of the month.

New Kwani Experience

After months of touring, performing, meeting people, getting home sick and whatever else I get up to, its time once again to hit the drawing board. This time its Kwani and with a new offering. We have had a lot of feedback from people all over the world and we've decided to take your advice. Its time to go crazy. Dance, House, Dance Hall. Drum & Bass, Hip hop, Reggae, Soul, Afro soul and all of them combined. We're shaping our sound into a powerful, headbanging yet delightful experience for all our past, present and future friends. I'm working on the pre-production at WirelessHeadz Productions which is my studio. Small space but amazing sound. Will keep you posted. I'll record the whole process on camera. The music, jokes ,fights, drooling when the guys are sleeping.Everything!!!!
